Dalia Rosa

Role: Production Assistant

Born in San Salvador, El Salvador. She has worked for national and international projects in graphic design, and corporate identity. She developed a special interest in photography with her first camera, that her father gave her when she was 12 years old. She has taught “Photography for Graphic Design” in Don Bosco University, where she was also the Director of Photography for the Project of Cultural Heritage “Los Ilustres”. Through her work in visual communication and her special interest in photography and cinematography, Dalia was able to dive into the activity of making shortfilms, starting with the direction of “IDEM,” winner at the ICARO Film Festival 2006. In 2008 she co-founded the “PulgarKino” Group, which promotes the creation of cooperative film production. In the same year, she was invited to participate in the “The Exquisite Corpse”.  Dalia is also a social activist for cultural development in El Salvador and Latin America as part of the coordination group of the “1st International Arts and Culture Festival in San Salvador” and the “Cultural Development Board" of El Salvador.
